About the role
This position oversees the strategy and execution of our North American facility operations to ensure high-performance standards across our network. You will lead a team of site managers and General Managers to drive efficiency, manage labor planning, and support our rapid expansion.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Monitor operational metrics including throughput, bin health, attrition, and backlogs to resolve issues immediately.
- Manage labor planning for tens of thousands of hours across multiple facilities.
- Mentor and coach site leadership to ensure network-wide alignment and professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for cross-functional challenges involving HR, IT, Finance, and RME.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support new building launches and scaling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably in multi-site management for high-growth companies.
- Proven experience managing complex P&L responsibilities and large-scale labor planning.
- Demonstrated success in launching new facilities and hiring salaried leadership teams.
- Ability to anticipate operational roadblocks and take decisive action without needing explicit direction.
- Strong technical aptitude for data-driven decision making.

- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience using AI agents to improve operational efficiency.
