About the role

Pattern is looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage and organize product imagery for our brand partners. You will bridge the gap between raw assets and the creative team by ensuring all visual content is correctly identified, renamed, and stored.

What you'll do

• Gather visual assets from various sources including cloud storage, DAM systems, and web scrapes.
• Link image files to specific product records within our internal database.
• Apply standardized naming conventions to large batches of files using automation tools.
• Manage the upload and organization of image collections into the Pattern DAM and cloud repositories.
• Track asset availability and identify gaps in content through detailed spreadsheet reporting.
• Propose methods to generate new content from existing materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to refine product data for creative production.
• Implement and train AI-driven tools to improve internal creative workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 12 to 18 months of professional experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience working with PIM or DAM platforms.
• Advanced English language skills with strong communication abilities.
• Proven familiarity with modern AI tools.
• Ability to perform basic image editing tasks such as cropping, resizing, and format conversion.
• Experience using scripts or automation to handle high-volume file processing.
