3rd Shift Lead

About the role

Pattern is looking for a 3rd shift lead to oversee warehouse operations and guide staff in our Hebron facility. You will maintain quality standards, train team members, and ensure the floor runs efficiently during overnight hours.

What you'll do

• Supervise a specific department while remaining ready to assist in other areas as required.
• Provide instruction to new and existing staff regarding warehouse protocols and updated workflows.
• Monitor safety compliance and maintain a respectful, productive work environment.
• Perform audits to detect issues, resolve problems, and offer feedback to associates.
• Manage daily area assignments and ensure all tasks are finished before the shift concludes.
• Address quality risks through clear communication and support training efforts to improve individual accuracy.
• Handle confidential information appropriately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead, training, or quality-focused role.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to stand or walk for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
• Capacity to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, and operate pallet jacks or push carts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable attendance and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Bilingual skills in Spanish.

Practical notes
