Patsnap is hiring a technical leader to guide the development of AI-native software for the life sciences sector. You will oversee architecture, mentor engineers, and build systems that integrate large language models into complex professional workflows.

What you'll do

• Design the technical architecture for AI-driven tools tailored to the life sciences industry.
• Build and manage agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and private LLM deployments.
• Solve technical hurdles related to biomedical reasoning, information extraction, and model hallucinations.
• Create mechanisms for agent planning, reflection, and tool utilization to increase output accuracy.
• Manage and mentor a full-stack engineering team while refining development processes.
• Partner with product managers and subject matter experts to turn pharmaceutical requirements into functional software.
• Participate directly in coding, prompt engineering, and architectural reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software or full-stack development experience.
• At least 2 years of direct experience building and shipping LLM-based applications.
• Demonstrated history of leading agile engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of LLM principles, including their strengths and operational constraints.
• Practical experience with agent frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangChain.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one statically typed programming language.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment and modern frontend and backend architectures.
• Professional fluency in English for cross-cultural communication.
