What you'll do

• Architect and design the frontend structure for AI agents, which includes developing chat interfaces, knowledge search functionalities, and workflow orchestration systems.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and retrieval APIs to facilitate real-time responses and manage the rendering of extensive content.
• Develop lightweight backend services utilizing Node.js to streamline API creation and manage database interactions effectively.
• Construct interactive dashboards that display semiconductor parameters and benchmark data, incorporating features for filtering and batch data exports.
• Standardize and optimize frontend components to enhance performance when rendering large datasets.
• Oversee the management of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment processes and monitoring system stability in production environments.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in frameworks such as React or Vue, along with TypeScript and contemporary state management practices.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries, including ECharts, AntV, or D3.js, to create engaging visual representations of data.
• Strong skills in Python and FastAPI for developing RESTful APIs that support application functionality.
• Experience with relational database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL for effective data handling.
• Understanding of real-time communication technologies, including Server-Sent Events (SSE), WebSocket, and streaming APIs.
• Proficient in using Git for version control, as well as build tools and CI/CD practices to streamline development workflows.
• Ability to comprehend technical documentation in English and communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments, scientific research platforms, or the semiconductor and industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Background in AI application development, particularly with AI agents, prompt management, or workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with large language model ecosystems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search techniques.
• Exposure to AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, or data processing pipelines that enhance AI capabilities.
• Experience working within globally distributed engineering teams, fostering collaboration across different time zones.
• Backend development experience with Node.js or Java Spring Boot, adding versatility to your skill set.
