About the role
In this role within Parloa's Professional Services division, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our client engagements. As a Senior Client Solutions Manager, you will oversee the entire sales process for services, from identifying potential opportunities to finalizing contracts, all while acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your primary goal will be to comprehend customer objectives and guide them through their AI transformation journey, ensuring that Parloa is recognized as their preferred partner.

What you'll do
- Lead the management of the services sales pipeline, working closely with enterprise sales teams to ensure integration with software sales efforts.
- Facilitate structured discovery sessions to identify customer needs and convert them into persuasive service proposals that align with their objectives.
- Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) that delineate project scope, deliverables, and expectations clearly for all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts, establishing Parloa as a trusted partner in their transformation initiatives.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer from pre-sales to delivery teams, maintaining continuity and quality throughout the engagement process.
- Collaborate with the Partner Delivery Success team to enhance partner capabilities and improve overall service delivery outcomes.
- Actively contribute to the evolution of Parloa's PRISM delivery methodology, creating reusable assets that bolster the overall practice and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for service offerings and enhancements.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management regarding client feedback and market demands to inform service development.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating the value of Parloa's services and solutions effectively.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices and insights to elevate the team's performance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of advancements in AI and enterprise software, ensuring that your knowledge remains current and relevant.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in selling or scoping professional services, particularly in an AI-focused or enterprise software context, or within a strategic consulting firm.
- Proven track record of writing SOWs and successfully navigating complex enterprise procurement processes, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Established experience in cultivating relationships with C-suite executives, recognized as a trusted advisor in the process.
- Strong grasp of service margins and an understanding of how delivery quality influences software expansion opportunities.
- Familiarity with enterprise software deployment patterns and the ability to scope intricate integrations effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and executive audiences.
- Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements and meetings.
Nice to have
- Experience in conversational AI, contact center technologies, or customer experience (CX) transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of agentic AI concepts and their practical applications in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms that integrate with AI-driven customer experience solutions.
- Background in project or program management, with relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe being advantageous.
- A proven history of driving software expansion through effective professional services delivery.
- Experience working in a scale-up environment, demonstrating the ability to function effectively with limited resources.
