Business Analyst

About the role

Paramount is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Product Design and Development team. You will help build and scale AI-driven tools and automations to improve HR operations and internal workflows.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage relationships with enterprise customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Act as the primary support contact for internal users to resolve issues and navigate products.
• Create user guides, process maps, and training materials to support change management.
• Collaborate with the product lead and technical teams to test and validate requirements.
• Analyze operational feedback to suggest UI/UX improvements and workflow enhancements.
• Maintain a consistent and scalable experience across the HR product ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or HR systems.
• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Ability to document business processes, draft user stories, and support cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of HR functions including Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and HR Operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack, and Asana.

Practical notes

Salary range: $64,800.00 - $97,200.00. Compensation is determined by factors such as location, experience, and training.
