About the role

Parallelwireless is hiring an IT Help Desk Technician to manage technical support for our Pune office. You will act as the first point of contact for employees, handling hardware, software, and network issues to keep operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Provide Level I and Level II technical assistance for onsite and remote staff.
• Manage user accounts and computer objects within Active Directory.
• Deploy, maintain, and refresh hardware including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Administer mobile and desktop devices through MDM solutions.
• Track all service requests and incident resolutions within the company ticketing system.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior teams while maintaining user communication.
• Ensure all IT activities comply with internal security policies and ISO standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support.
• 3 years of experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• Proficiency in networking basics such as DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and switching.
• Ability to write basic PowerShell and Bash scripts.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting organizations with 500 or more users.
• Background in Windows Server administration.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft credentials.

Practical notes

This is an on-site position based in Pune. Applicants must be prepared to handle physical hardware deployments and workspace setups.
