About the role

Parallelwireless is seeking a senior technical leader to manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD operations for our Open RAN solutions. You will guide our DevOps strategy while integrating AI-driven workflows to improve our software development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Architect and manage secure, scalable cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build and refine CI/CD pipelines to increase deployment velocity and software quality.
• Oversee system reliability, performance monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Partner with software engineering teams to address infrastructure requirements.
• Establish standards for observability, security, and infrastructure as code.
• Direct AI initiatives by integrating tools into the development pipeline to boost code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Practical expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code via Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with configuration management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tooling.
• Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Understanding of Linux administration, networking, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Experience with deployment strategies including canary, blue-green, and zero-downtime releases.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• Experience with static analysis and code linting tools.
• Advanced Git version control skills.
• Familiarity with AI development assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
