Job description
Founding Enablement Leader, Strategic Projects at paraform.
About the role
This is the first dedicated enablement position within our Delivery team, which drives our company's growth by working directly with founders and senior talent leaders. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our Strategic Project Leaders (SPLs), from initial onboarding to continuous professional development. This role is crucial for scaling our rapidly growing team of 25+ SPLs.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and manage the complete onboarding process for new SPLs, ensuring a quick path to their first successful hire and a full client portfolio.
- Create ongoing training programs for experienced SPLs, including live sessions, coaching, playbooks, certifications, and refreshers on core activities.
- Collaborate with Vertical Leads to develop specialized training that enhances SPLs' expertise in specific market segments, like AI/ML engineering or go-to-market strategies.
- Establish benchmarks for excellence in key activities such as intake calls, requirement definition, candidate submissions, and hiring manager interactions, promoting consistent quality across the team.
- Transform informal knowledge into structured, accessible learning materials, building and maintaining a comprehensive resource library.
- Improve the team's ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with hiring managers, beyond just process adherence.
- Implement metrics to track the effectiveness of onboarding and training, measuring impact on ramp-up time, quality, and fill rates, then refine programs based on data.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in building enablement or learning and development programs.
- Prior experience in an early-stage or founding role where you managed an entire program, not just a segment.

- Proven ability to create programs from initial concepts and limited existing materials.
- Strong coaching skills that inspire trust, facilitate learning, and lead to improved performance.
- A data-driven approach to program evaluation and iteration.
