Product Manager, Cash Platform

You will work collaboratively with various teams to enhance our foreign exchange and cross-border payout offerings while driving cost optimization initiatives. What you'll do

• Analyze the competitive landscape to establish benchmarks for our FX and cross-border payout products.
• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the Cash Platform, focusing on immediate cost and performance improvements alongside long-term monetization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to guide API design and technical decisions, ensuring our infrastructure meets high standards and aligns with commercial goals.
• Lead initiatives that involve multiple departments, including Money Movement, Sales, and partner teams, to enhance the delivery and adoption of our financial products.
• Interact with senior stakeholders and customers to communicate the product roadmap, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on objectives.
• Make critical decisions that directly affect the revenue and cost structure of our money movement services.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.
• Strong technical background, ideally with experience as an engineer or data scientist, allowing you to make informed API design choices and understand system-wide implications, including cost and latency factors.
• Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to evaluate decisions based on revenue and commercial impacts, recognizing the differences between infrastructure and consumer products.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, thriving in collaborative environments that require coordination among engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and sales teams.
• Experience in financial infrastructure, particularly in FX, cross-border payments, or treasury, preferably at companies such as Airwallex, Wise, Revolut, Payoneer, Ramp, or major financial institutions.
• Strong execution skills, with a history of delivering results in complex, high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills, ensuring that partners, stakeholders, and leadership are informed about progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
