About the role
This position is for a strategic social media leader who will shape our brand's voice and foster genuine audience connections at scale. You will define the overarching social media approach, identify key performance indicators, and communicate insights on campaign effectiveness.
Key facts
What you'll do
Develop and implement the company's social media strategy, including content themes, platform focus, brand voice, and alignment with go-to-market objectives.
Create and distribute organic content across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X, with a primary focus on LinkedIn for B2B engagement.
Produce visual and video assets, including shooting and editing short-form video, designing graphics, and collaborating with the Brand Studio for larger projects.
Manage the influencer program, coordinating with paid media for partnerships and identifying opportunities for organic influencer collaborations.
Support the executive-generated content initiative by drafting posts for senior leaders and crafting authentic LinkedIn content.
Monitor social conversations, understand brand and competitor sentiment, and actively participate in relevant discussions.
Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure organic and paid social efforts complement each other.
Establish and maintain a reporting framework to track performance, analyze results, and share learnings with leadership and the team.
Conduct systematic experiments with content formats, hooks, and timing, documenting and disseminating findings.
Requirements
Possess 4-6 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective organic social media strategies, supported by examples and clear reasoning.
Exhibit deep knowledge of LinkedIn's dynamics, including algorithm understanding, engaging business audiences, and building a credible company presence.
Show fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with an informed perspective on platform performance and strategic value.
Be proficient in data analysis, capable of extracting, interpreting, and presenting performance metrics to stakeholders.
Maintain a proactive communication style, ensuring cross-functional partners are informed about social media activities.
Possess excellent copywriting skills, able to make B2B topics engaging without being artificial.
Have practical skills in graphic design and video production for short-form content, working within brand guidelines.
Utilize AI tools productively for tasks such as research and reporting while ensuring content remains human-centric.
Have experience in developing or overseeing executive content and influencer programs with an emphasis on authenticity.
Nice to have
Proficiency in Sprout Social, Asana, Figma, and video editing software.
