What you'll do

Contribute to the architectural direction and vision for the central document component of our application.

Address and resolve significant technical challenges related to system scale and performance.

Identify and fix systemic issues to improve development speed and confidence for the team.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing with Python.

Demonstrated experience with relational databases, including SQL queries, migrations, and performance tuning.

Proven experience with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ, NATS, or Kafka.

Understanding of event-driven architectures and Domain-Driven Design principles.

Strong practical knowledge of AsyncIO.

Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle, from initial analysis through deployment and ongoing monitoring.

Extensive experience building applications in both monolithic and microservice environments.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Practical notes

For candidates located in Poland, the annual salary range is 275,000 - 413,000 PLN.
