PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to spearhead the evolution of our content strategy. This role is designed for someone who can envision and execute innovative content formats beyond traditional written pieces, aiming to build a dedicated audience through engaging video series, journalistic-style customer stories, valuable webinars, and practical tools.

What you'll do
Develop and implement the overall content strategy, defining what we create, for whom, and how it aligns with business objectives.
Proactively shape the content calendar, introducing new ideas for campaigns before briefs are finalized.
Redefine top-of-funnel content with interactive resources, educational materials, and compelling video series and webinars.
Identify and develop authentic customer narratives, working with the Brand Studio team for production.
Collaborate with SEO, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a cohesive content ecosystem, identifying gaps and reducing overlap.
Balance long-term educational content with short-term campaign needs to support go-to-market initiatives.
Establish guidelines for AI usage in content creation, focusing on effective application and maintaining quality.
Monitor shifts in content visibility due to AI search and adapt our approach accordingly.
Create a measurement framework that tracks content's impact on pipeline, brand awareness, and revenue.
Regularly report on content performance to leadership.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in content marketing, with a preference for B2B SaaS environments.
Proven ability to own content strategy across diverse formats, not just managing an editorial calendar.
Demonstrated success in creating attention-grabbing top-of-funnel content, including educational guides and tools.
A genuine talent for uncovering and developing compelling human stories from customers.
Proficiency in collaborating with multiple content creation teams, understanding the broader picture and connecting disparate efforts.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a high personal standard for quality.
Experience managing external content contributors, including briefing, editing, and quality assurance.
Comfort with data analysis, including building measurement frameworks and presenting findings to influence decisions.
Experience working with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, SEO, and creative teams.
A clear understanding of how to utilize AI to enhance content production efficiency and quality.

Compensation range: $130,000-$150,000 OTE (base + variable) annually.
