Owner is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Lighthouse initiative, focusing on advanced capabilities for multi-location restaurant businesses. This role involves defining the product strategy, building customer experiences, and driving the roadmap for a new business line. You will be instrumental in scaling a product that empowers local businesses to thrive.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the Lighthouse strategy, including ideal customer profiles, value propositions, and success metrics.
• Create a distinct customer experience for Lighthouse clients, covering pre-sale, launch, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate closely with sales, launch, customer success, support, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deal progression.
• Guide the Lighthouse product roadmap and integrate multi-location features into the existing platform.
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights and translate their needs into product development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• A builder's mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, and learning through creation.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to understand code, system architecture, and work closely with engineers.
• Proficiency in quickly validating ideas and accelerating execution using tools like AI, SQL, Figma, no-code solutions, or light coding.
• A strong track record of delivering impactful products.
• Customer-focused, skilled in discovery, relationship building, and converting customer needs into product direction.
• Business-oriented, with an understanding of unit economics, go-to-market strategies, and growth drivers.
• A cross-functional leader who can align teams and facilitate decisions across various departments.
• Possesses a founder mentality, demonstrating end-to-end ownership and an entrepreneurial approach.
