About the role
Owner is seeking a Product Builder to lead the development of our growth systems. This role focuses on the infrastructure that drives customer acquisition, conversion, and retention for local businesses. You will be instrumental in building the revenue engine that powers our expansion.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Increase total Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by creating infrastructure to identify, route, nurture, convert, and retain high-quality customer demand.
- Enhance billing systems, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) flows, Salesforce synchronizations, RevOps integrations, data stacks, lifecycle marketing engines, and internal communication workflows.
- Transition Salesforce infrastructure to a headless architecture, providing greater flexibility for engineering and GTM teams.
- Develop a platform that enables Growth, Sales, and Launch teams to integrate AI across their funnels for improved speed and efficiency.
- Establish a unified lead funnel encompassing Growth, landing pages, the Unified Sales Register, lifecycle messaging, and Sales and Launch workflows.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Launch to optimize the growth engine.
- Implement instrumentation, dashboards, and an operating cadence to provide real-time visibility into lead progression and trial/ARR drivers.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of combined experience in product management and software engineering.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful software solutions to customers.
- Strong product intuition and a clear vision for successful product solutions.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and skill in conducting research to uncover them.
- Competence in using quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making and intuition refinement.
- Capability to define goals clearly and work independently to achieve them in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Ability to grasp high-level product architecture and its impact on customer experience, comfortable discussing project scope and tradeoffs with engineers.
