About the role
Gradial is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to manage the technical integration of our AI platform for enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and our generative systems to modernize marketing operations for major brands.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage technical discovery and deployment for new enterprise accounts by converting business workflows into AI-native systems.
- Build and refine features that connect client infrastructure to the Gradial platform.
- Create modular tools and configuration layers to improve the speed of enterprise onboarding.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and engineering stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve technical edge cases.
- Provide feedback to the core product and engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap.
- Maintain internal documentation and implementation guides to standardize deployment processes.
- Manage the performance and reliability of your deployments from the backend architecture to the user interface.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of software engineering or technical implementation experience, preferably in roles involving direct customer interaction.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript or equivalent languages with a focus on API and systems integration.
- Ability to quickly analyze and integrate with various enterprise software architectures like CMS, DAM, and workflow management tools.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- High level of autonomy and comfort working through ambiguous project requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time for client meetings and deployments.
Nice to have
- Background working with enterprise clients in marketing, content, or digital operations.
- Familiarity with generative AI pipelines, LLMs, and agent-based automation.
