Key facts
What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Outreach platform for both internal teams and external clients.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify prospect business processes, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
- Partner with the sales department to qualify opportunities and align platform capabilities with specific customer goals.
- Lead product demonstrations that emphasize the business value and ROI of the Outreach platform.
- Communicate client requirements and pain points clearly to the implementation and onboarding teams.
- Stay current on industry trends and sales technology to maintain credibility and share knowledge across the organization.
- Collaborate with product and customer success groups to influence platform development and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting.
- Ability to translate complex customer use cases into scalable, value-based technical solutions.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven track record of supporting influenced ARR targets within the enterprise segment.
- Ability to manage sales cycles, proofs of value, and solution designs with increasing autonomy.
- Skill in uncovering deep-seated business challenges through thoughtful questioning and active listening.
