About the role

Outreach is looking for a social media professional to manage our corporate brand presence and executive thought leadership. You will shape how we communicate our agentic AI platform to revenue leaders and technology decision-makers across our digital channels.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the corporate social media strategy to increase brand recognition and engagement.
• Create content that highlights our AI innovation, customer success stories, and leadership perspectives.
• Manage and expand the employee advocacy program to help team members share company updates.
• Partner with company executives to build and maintain their individual social media presence.
• Coordinate social media activations for product releases, marketing campaigns, and industry events.
• Analyze social data and industry trends to provide actionable insights for future strategy.
• Report on key performance indicators to demonstrate growth and impact.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media, digital storytelling, or brand communications.
• Background in B2B SaaS or the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing corporate and executive social programs.
• Strong interest in AI and how new technologies can improve marketing outcomes.
• Advanced writing and editing abilities with the capacity to adjust tone for different audiences.
• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn, including organic growth strategies and paid campaign management.
• Ability to work across departments including PR, product marketing, and design.

Nice to have

• Experience overseeing social media agencies.
• Familiarity with employee advocacy software.
