About the role
Outreach is seeking a communications professional to shape our public narrative and executive voice. You will manage media relationships and internal messaging to support our position as a leader in agentic AI for revenue teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Draft press releases, bylines, social media copy, analyst documentation, and executive speeches.
- Maintain active relationships with journalists to secure media placements, industry awards, and speaking engagements.
- Coach executives for media appearances and analyst briefings while building their social media presence.
- Oversee external PR agency partners by setting goals and reviewing their output.
- Collaborate with HR to distribute company-wide internal communications.
- Coordinate with product marketing and growth teams to execute launch strategies and PR initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in public relations, preferably combining agency and in-house roles.
- Demonstrated success in securing media coverage and fostering reporter relationships.
- Strong interest in AI and how new technology can improve operational outcomes.
- High proficiency in writing and verbal communication with an eye for newsworthy topics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Capability to work autonomously and within cross-functional groups.
