What you'll do
- Direct competitive research and market analysis to create unique positioning and strategic guidance.
- Act as the internal expert on AI advancements, buyer needs, and competitor moves, producing battlecards and executive summaries to boost sales performance.
- Build messaging frameworks that highlight the specific advantages of the Outreach platform.
- Manage cross-departmental projects to improve our go-to-market effectiveness.
- Advise executive leadership and stakeholders in Product, Sales, and Customer Success on market opportunities and risks.
- Engage with industry analysts and customers to represent our competitive strategy.
Requirements
- Experience leading competitive intelligence programs and translating data into market strategy.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership without direct authority.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft narratives that resonate with sales teams and buyers.
- Comfort working through ambiguous market conditions while maintaining a focus on business outcomes.
