Manager, Recruiting, Tech/G&A

About the role

Outreach is seeking a strategic leader to manage the recruitment functions for our Product, Design, Engineering, Support, Security, and G&A departments. You will oversee a global team of four recruiters and partner with business executives to scale our hiring processes while integrating AI-driven solutions into our talent acquisition strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed recruiting team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to define and execute talent strategies for technical and G&A functions.
• Monitor, track, and report on key recruiting metrics to drive process improvements and hiring velocity.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Compensation departments to ensure alignment on headcount and hiring goals.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging AI technologies to modernize our recruitment approach.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the recruiting organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience within a global technical organization.
• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing a distributed team of recruiters across multiple time zones.
• Deep knowledge of the talent market across the US and EMEA regions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting business priorities.
• Strong operational focus with proficiency in metrics, data reporting, and process optimization.
• Genuine interest in applying AI to improve the speed and quality of recruitment.
• Sound judgment and a strong moral compass.
