Director, Product Management - Conversational Intelligence & Voice

About the role

You will lead the strategy and execution for our voice, dialing, and conversation intelligence products. This role focuses on converting customer interactions into automated actions that guide sales representatives and provide managers with performance insights.

What you'll do

• Direct the product roadmap for dialing, voice, and conversation intelligence tools.
• Create AI-native workflows by integrating current model and technology developments.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deploy machine learning features that trigger agentic actions.
• Conduct discovery and roadmap planning with customers and prospects.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers across multiple scrum teams.
• Work with product marketing to establish positioning and thought leadership regarding agentic revenue operations.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to guide prioritization and long-term product investments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software product experience with a focus on prioritization and project timelines.
• 2+ years of experience managing product teams.
• Bachelor degree.
• Background in B2B SaaS product development.
• Ability to define long-term strategy while executing on immediate goals in fast-paced settings.
• Technical credibility and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience developing voice, dialing, or conversation intelligence products.
• Familiarity with VoIP, telephony infrastructure, NLP pipelines, speech-to-text, and real-time audio or video processing.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
