About the role
You will define and own the end-to-end product vision for conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing within the Outreach platform. You will translate the nuances of seller and sales leader behaviors into agentic product workflows that turn every call and meeting into actionable insight. You will partner closely with data science and engineering to ensure AI features are reliable, measurable, and seamlessly embedded in the user journey. You will prioritize features that drive real behavior change, such as real-time coaching, automatic follow-up triggers, and pipeline intelligence. You will be the primary voice for the conversation intelligence suite, aligning stakeholders on roadmap priorities and success metrics. You will evaluate new signals from customer interactions to refine product logic and improve forecasting accuracy across the revenue funnel. You will champion a product-led mindset, ensuring that new capabilities scale without compromising usability for frontline sellers and managers. You will measure impact through adoption, outcome improvements, and downstream revenue effects, iterating based on evidence.

What you'll do
Define the product strategy and execution roadmap for conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing features across the Outreach platform.
Design agentic workflows that convert conversation signals into real-time coaching, automatic follow-ups, and data-driven actions for sellers and leaders.
Partner with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into the product while maintaining performance, reliability, and usability standards.
Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to identify friction points and opportunities within the seller and sales leader journey.
Analyze adoption metrics, usage patterns, and outcome data to prioritize features that drive meaningful behavior change and pipeline impact.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of seller and sales leader personas to ensure product decisions reflect real-world workflows and pain points.
Lead cross-functional alignment on product requirements, timelines, and success metrics with revenue operations and GTM leadership.
Evaluate the effectiveness of conversation intelligence features on forecasting accuracy, deal acceleration, and retention outcomes.
Represent the product vision in discussions with enterprise customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with market needs.
Champion experimentation and feedback loops to continuously refine AI-driven coaching and action features within the platform.
Translate complex data insights into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
Own the prioritization of enhancements and new capabilities to support both individual contributors and sales leadership personas.
Ensure product deliverables meet quality standards and are released in a manner that maximizes user adoption and value realization.
Work closely with customer-facing teams to validate hypotheses and iterate on features based on real-world usage and feedback.
Drive long-term product thinking by balancing incremental improvements with transformational capabilities for the revenue motion.
Requirements
Demonstrate a strong background in product management with a focus on conversation intelligence, voice, or revenue-related software.
Bring experience working with AI-driven products and understanding of how machine learning models can be integrated into user workflows.
Show a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, and customer success.
Have a track record of defining and launching product features that drive measurable changes in user behavior and business outcomes.
Exhibit strong analytical skills, comfort with data, and the ability to turn qualitative insights into quantitative hypotheses.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear product requirements.
Possess a deep empathy for seller and sales leader personas, with an understanding of the realities of modern revenue workflows.
Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining a clear long-term product vision.
Nice to have
Experience with revenue operations platforms and workflows within enterprise GTM organizations.
Knowledge of sales engagement tools, dialing systems, and conversation analytics platforms.
Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and emerging best practices for AI-assisted selling.
Understanding of forecasting and pipeline management challenges within complex B2B sales environments.
Exposure to compliance and data privacy considerations in conversation intelligence products.
