About the role
OpusClip is the leading AI video agent helping creators and businesses share their stories. We are seeking a design leader to define our brand identity and manage our marketing web presence as we continue to scale our platform.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Direct the end-to-end evolution of our brand, taking the visual language from concept to a live website launch.
- Manage the brand and web roadmap by prioritizing tasks and driving projects to completion independently.
- Execute production-ready designs, animations, and site builds from initial wireframe to final deployment.
- Create mobile-first layouts that prioritize responsiveness and smooth micro-interactions.
- Align visual output with marketing objectives to improve conversion rates for campaigns and product releases.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Integrate AI creative tools into your workflow to increase speed and output quality.
Requirements
- Proven history of shipping high-quality web and visual design projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading a brand refresh or rebrand from strategy to final implementation.
- Ability to work autonomously, including scoping and managing projects without constant oversight.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Rive, and Webflow.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong background in motion design and UI animation.
- Deep understanding of modern typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance creative production.
- Ability to bridge the gap between design, engineering, and marketing teams.

- Experience with video editing or motion software such as After Effects or Premiere.
