Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This contract position focuses on sourcing and building talent pipelines, with potential for full-time conversion. You will recruit for Engineering, Product, and Design roles within a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do

• Manage the entire recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and Design positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and company leaders to define staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
• Identify and engage top passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other innovative methods.
• Oversee multiple job searches while providing a positive experience for all candidates.
• Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and ensure candidates progress efficiently through the hiring stages.
• Develop robust talent pools for immediate and future hiring requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with startups or rapidly expanding tech companies.
• Proven track record of hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Visual Designers.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, small startup settings where priorities can shift rapidly.
• Strong aptitude for sourcing and identifying exceptional passive candidates.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy in the ATS.
• Comfortable interacting directly with company founders and senior management.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for Product Marketing or other Go-to-Market positions.
• Prior recruiting experience within AI, SaaS, or consumer technology sectors.
• Familiarity with the Ashby Applicant Tracking System.
