Creative Strategist

About the role

This position will lead the ad creative direction for OpusClip and Agent Opus. You will bridge the gap between creative concepts and campaign success, identifying new avenues for growth and translating data into actionable creative plans. This is a chance to significantly influence how a rapidly expanding AI company uses advertising to expand its reach.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Analyze creative performance and market trends to pinpoint areas for testing and improvement.
• Develop systems for tracking creative effectiveness and identifying opportunities using AI coding tools or SaaS platforms.
• Assess competitor creative strategies across various formats and messaging.
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to devise new customer profiles and messaging strategies for paid campaigns.
• Manage the entire creative production process, from initial concept to final launch, working with various content creators.
• Coordinate with external media buying agencies to ensure a consistent flow of creative assets for testing.
• Communicate creative insights across the company to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in managing freelancers and contractors, providing clear direction and ensuring timely delivery.
• Deep understanding of ad creative strategy and current social media trends, including emerging video formats.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape, including key players and the competitive market for AI creative tools.
• A solid grasp of media buying fundamentals, including modern testing methodologies and ad platform structures.

Nice to have

• Personal experience creating social media content.
• Knowledge of complementary marketing approaches such as influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
• Experience using AI creative applications like OpusClip, Agent Opus, or similar tools.
