About the role

OpusClip is developing Agent Opus, an AI-native product designed to transform ideas, scripts, and raw footage into polished videos using multimodal AI. This role offers a unique chance to shape a new product from its initial stages, focusing on achieving product-market fit. You will work closely with the founding team in a small, agile environment.

What you'll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and execution for Agent Opus, identifying key opportunities and prioritizing effectively to build a new category in AI video creation.
• Translate advanced multimodal AI research into intuitive and engaging user experiences, maintaining high standards for quality and user interaction.
• Operate with significant autonomy, working directly with engineers and designers to quickly prototype and validate ideas, shortening development cycles.
• Gain a deep understanding of core users through direct research to identify unmet creator needs and market gaps.
• Ensure every product feature meets a high standard for aesthetic quality, rhythm, composition, and visual harmony.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of product management experience, including time in an early-stage startup.
• Strong product intuition, able to identify what makes a product truly excellent beyond just growth metrics.
• A hands-on approach, comfortable working quickly with incomplete information without needing established processes.
• Experience building products for consumers (B2C) and a habit of conducting direct user research.
• Genuine interest in the AI field, following developments in multimodal AI and agents, forming independent opinions, and eager to build in this area.
• An appreciation for short-form content, understanding what works and driven to empower creators.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with AI or Large Language Model (LLM) products.
• Background in video, content creation, or creative tools.
• Ability to prototype using code or no-code tools.
