What you'll do

• Provide friendly service and process transactions while maintaining data security.
• Manage store operations independently or as part of a team to meet lending and service targets.
• Spend over 50% of your time on outreach at local businesses, community events, and partner locations.
• Educate potential members on services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with application intake using iPads or QR codes.
• Perform light cleaning tasks to keep the store presentable.
• Use computers for 3 to 6 hours daily for administrative and member-related tasks.
• Travel between local work sites and outreach locations within a standard commuting distance.
• Uphold company values including being on a mission and working as one.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Background in hospitality, sales, cashiering, or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule including weekends, with shifts set every two weeks.
• Capacity to work outdoors year-round for community outreach.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable and predictable attendance.
• Basic computer literacy and experience operating office equipment like scanners and phones.
