You will serve as a primary point of contact, building relationships and educating the public on our mission.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Greet members and provide professional service while processing transactions securely.
- Spend over 50 percent of your time on outreach efforts, including visiting local businesses and attending community events to capture leads.
- Use iPads to assist prospective members with application starts and explain our financial services.
- Maintain the store environment through light cleaning tasks and organization.
- Work independently or with teammates to meet daily lending and service targets.
- Travel between local work sites and event locations within a standard commuting distance.
- Perform administrative computer tasks for 3 to 6 hours daily.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, cashiering, or general customer service.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends, with shifts set on a bi-weekly basis.
- Capacity to work outdoors year-round for marketing and outreach activities.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
