Key facts

What you'll do

• Greet members and provide service while adhering to company safety and privacy protocols.
• Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Spend over 50% of your time conducting outreach at community events, local businesses, and partner locations to generate leads.
• Assist potential members with application processes using iPads and QR codes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the retail location.
• Perform administrative tasks on a computer for 3 to 6 hours daily.
• Travel between local work sites and outreach locations within a standard commuting range.
• Stand for extended periods while assisting members.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, cashiering, or customer service.
• Availability to work a rotating schedule including weekends, with shifts updated every two weeks.
• Ability to work outdoors throughout the year for outreach activities.
• Capacity to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using office equipment like scanners and phones.
