About the role

Join a growing company as an early member of our operations team. You will be instrumental in building our technical talent acquisition function from the ground up. This is a comprehensive recruiting role, covering the entire process from identifying candidates to securing their acceptance.

What you'll do

• Work closely with technical leaders to understand their hiring requirements and offer expert advice on recruitment approaches.
• Develop and maintain a robust pool of skilled technical professionals to meet immediate and future staffing needs.
• Guide hiring managers on current market conditions, salary benchmarks, and effective talent acquisition methods.
• Seek out ways to improve recruitment processes and boost efficiency throughout the hiring cycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our Applicant Tracking System, Ashby.
• Support and guide other team members to enhance collective recruiting effectiveness.
• Initiate targeted outreach to attract leading passive candidates in diverse technical fields.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure recruiting efforts align with company-wide objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years managing the full technical recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated success in building high-performing technical teams within rapidly expanding organizations.
• Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and serve as a reliable resource.
• Skill in effectively communicating with candidates and managing their recruitment journey systematically.
• A collaborative attitude and a willingness to contribute to shared objectives.
• Capacity to mentor colleagues through leadership and practical guidance.
• Understanding of how data and metrics inform and shape recruitment strategies.
• Awareness of current trends in technology, startups, and companies attracting top talent.
