You will act as a strategic technical leader and trusted advisor at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success within OpenLoop. This role owns the design and delivery of complex, scalable solutions that enable partners to successfully integrate, deploy, and optimize our telehealth platform across diverse environments. You will blend solutions development, systems architecture, and direct customer engagement to turn clinical and operational requirements into robust technical outcomes. You will be hands-on with web and backend service development, APIs, data workflows, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring solutions are reliable and scalable. You will collaborate closely with partners and internal stakeholders to de-risk integrations and support go-to-market care delivery for companies across all 50 states. What you'll do
- Design and develop custom solutions and integrations for key partners and customers using web and backend services.
- Implement software solutions across web applications, data flow, APIs, cloud platforms, and event-driven infrastructure to meet clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance core platform capabilities based on real-world feedback and emerging requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear system designs and integration strategies.
- Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration or production issues using structured troubleshooting and deep system knowledge.
- Document and share best practices to improve implementation efficiency, scalability, and long-term maintainability of solutions.

- Maintain awareness of healthcare technology trends and regulatory considerations relevant to telehealth delivery and data interoperability.
- Partner with data and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are performant, secure, and aligned with cloud best practices.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field as the minimum academic credential.
- Bring experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS environments to understand the nuances of virtual care delivery.
- Operate with extreme ownership, urgency, and follow-through to meet demanding timelines and customer commitments.
- Maintain a highly versatile technical skill set, including front end web development, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, distributed systems, and automation.
- Demonstrate experience in software development, web applications development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
