What you'll do
- Develop and articulate project scope, timelines, and deliverables for multiple simultaneous customer implementations, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to secure necessary resources and documentation to facilitate project success.
- Assist the sales team by defining implementation strategies and contributing to the creation of Statements of Work (SOW).
- Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Enhance internal project delivery processes as the product suite evolves, ensuring that methodologies remain effective and efficient.
- Occasionally travel to client locations to conduct training sessions and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior project team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Engage with customers post-implementation to ensure continued satisfaction and address any ongoing needs or concerns.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of software deployment processes.
- Strong analytical capabilities that enable you to connect detailed project elements to overarching business objectives.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, each with varying degrees of complexity and requirements.
- Familiarity with Professional Services and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, enhancing your ability to manage client interactions effectively.
- A flexible mindset that allows for quick adaptation to changes in product offerings and evolving customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey project updates and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with government budgeting processes or familiarity with financial software solutions, which can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Previous work experience in a project management capacity within the public sector, providing insights into government operations and challenges.
