About the role
You are a full-stack Growth Marketing Manager responsible for owning the complete go-to-market lifecycle for OpenGov products, features, and campaigns. You will develop positioning and messaging frameworks that translate complex government solutions into clear value propositions for state and local buyers. You will craft integrated demand generation programs that span email, paid media, webinars, social, events, and content syndication to drive qualified pipeline. You will leverage AI tools on a daily basis to scale content production and run rapid experiments across channels. You will measure impact rigorously, connecting campaign activities to pipeline contribution and revenue insights. You will work hand-in-hand with sales, customer success, design, brand, and operations to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

What you'll do
- Build and launch integrated multi-channel campaigns targeting specific personas and accounts while tracking performance and optimizing based on results.
- Create marketing content such as emails, landing pages, ads, ebooks, customer stories, and blogs, using AI tools daily to increase production speed and test variations.
- Develop go-to-market messaging and positioning informed by customer insights, Gong calls, sales feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Create talk tracks, enablement decks, and messaging guides that simplify complex capabilities into clear value statements for government buyers.
- Define market segmentation and buyer personas to refine campaign targeting and messaging across all programs.
- Support account-based marketing campaigns and nurture strategies using Marketo and Salesforce to engage prospects across the buying funnel.
- Monitor government, market, and competitive trends to identify new campaign opportunities and shape GTM decisions.
- Lead end-to-end launch plans for new products and features, defining objectives, audience, messaging, tactics, timeline, and success metrics.
- Develop enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and FAQs to equip sales and customer success teams.
- Coordinate internal communications and customer announcements to drive product adoption and ensure field readiness.
- Own campaign measurement and reporting, tracking pipeline contribution, engagement rates, conversion metrics, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance to extract learnings and translate them into optimization recommendations for future programs.
- Stay informed on competitive, industry, and government trends to build timely campaigns that resonate with public sector audiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B or B2G marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or high-growth environments focused on public sector outcomes.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that delivered measurable pipeline results in government or enterprise contexts.
- Strong writing and editing skills demonstrated through examples of campaign copy, content, or messaging that moved the needle on engagement or revenue.
- Experience with or demonstrated ability to own product positioning, go-to-market strategy, launches, and messaging development for complex solutions.
- Hands-on proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce, including marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and performance reporting.
- Comfort with analytics, including the ability to translate data into insights that inform campaign adjustments and strategic pivots.
- AI-forward mindset with daily use of tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT to augment content creation, analysis, and decision-making.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into compelling narratives.
