What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain secure remote access solutions for our users, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for remote access systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to remote access architecture, configurations, and procedures to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to remote access connectivity, working closely with users to provide timely support and solutions.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of remote access systems to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on remote access technologies and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of VPN technologies, remote desktop services, and secure access protocols (e.g., SSL, IPsec).
• Experience with cloud-based remote access solutions and identity management systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and system management tasks.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices related to remote access.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and their integration with remote access solutions.
