Business Development Representative-French Speaker

OneTrust is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Representative to join our sales organization in Madrid. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue growth. This position offers a high total contract value environment with uncapped commission potential.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage a named account strategy and engage with key decision makers including C-suite, SVPs, VPs, and Directors.
• Generate qualified opportunities by initiating first conversations and maintaining prospect relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
• Present the full suite of OneTrust offerings to answer client questions and provide tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for qualified meetings and revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in an SDR or BDR role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of hitting performance goals and maintaining high standards for work quality.
• Fluency in French.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of creative problem solving.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with cold calling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
