Key facts
What you'll do
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform to ensure consistent, machine-readable enterprise configurations with proper change management.
- Design and implement endpoint security measures, including vulnerability management, in line with industry standards.
- Secure corporate SaaS applications by configuring vendor features or building automations to meet internal standards.
- Develop and manage data protection controls, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and secure data handling procedures.
- Create secure methods for sharing data with internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and Security teams to implement security measures, maintain critical corporate systems for availability and compliance, and improve processes through automation.
- Develop and conduct incident response and disaster recovery plans, including tabletop exercises.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise security within cloud environments.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform (preferred), Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and achieve measurable security improvements through automation, using scripting languages like Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of networking, authentication standards, and security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks).
- Hands-on experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions (e.g., Netskope, Zscaler).
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making.
