About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage cost projections for new construction, renovation, and interior fit out projects. You will handle the full lifecycle of tender submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires while coordinating with our internal commercial, planning, and operations teams.

• Prepare and submit accurate tender documentation for diverse construction projects.
• Manage the pre-qualification questionnaire process for potential contracts.
• Collaborate with the planning and operational departments to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee financial estimates for projects valued between 100,000 GBP and 10 million GBP.

Requirements

• Proven background in estimating within a main contractor environment.
• Direct experience working on new build, refurbishment, or fit out projects.
