What you'll do

• Execute testing protocols for clinical referral systems to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Identify and document bugs or workflow interruptions within the referral management platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate that referral processes meet clinical standards.
• Monitor system performance to ensure that patient care transitions are handled correctly.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the United States as verified by E-Verify.
• Strong attention to detail regarding clinical data and system workflows.
• Capacity to manage tasks independently in a national, remote-friendly environment.
