About the role
One Medical is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee primary care delivery across five locations in Boston. This role involves managing administrative and clinical support staff while partnering with leadership to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Supervise office teams, including phlebotomists and administrative personnel, using CICARE and Lean methodologies.
- Manage daily business operations, including staffing, lab functions, and budget procurement.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure compliance, safety, and quality outcomes.
- Lead talent development through onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives and support the launch of new office locations.
- Handle administrative escalations, service recovery, and provider scheduling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing customer service or patient-facing teams.
- At least 1 year of experience managing teams across multiple locations or departments, or managing large teams of 10+ employees.
- Proven ability to lead change management and process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in mentorship, goal setting, and performance accountability.
