You will act as the primary representative for patients visiting our San Rafael office. Your work centers on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every visitor receives high-quality service from the moment they arrive.

What you'll do

• Greet patients and serve as the initial point of contact for those entering the clinic.
• Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the lobby to align with company standards.
• Address patient feedback and resolve concerns to improve the quality of care.
• Assist the Operations Manager, Practice Coordinator, and medical providers with daily administrative tasks.
• Facilitate patient access to services by identifying and removing obstacles.
