You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients visiting our Washington, DC office, balancing clinical duties with front-desk responsibilities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality venipuncture services while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for everyone who enters the facility.

• Perform venipuncture and additional clinical support tasks to assist patients with their health needs.
• Act as the initial face of the office, greeting patients and ensuring they feel supported throughout their visit.
• Manage the appearance and atmosphere of the lobby to align with company standards.
• Assist the Operations Manager, Practice Coordinator, and medical providers with administrative and operational requests.
• Help patients navigate their care journey by removing obstacles to service.
