About the role

This position serves as the primary representative for patients visiting our clinical locations. You will manage the office environment to ensure it reflects our brand standards while actively assisting patients to improve their overall experience.

What you'll do

• Act as the initial point of contact for patients arriving at the office.
• Maintain the lobby and reception areas to meet company aesthetic and operational standards.
• Resolve patient concerns and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Assist the Operations Manager, Practice Coordinator, and clinical providers with daily administrative tasks.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent patients from receiving care.
