About the role

This position serves as the primary representative for patients visiting our clinical locations. You will manage the office environment to ensure it meets our standards while acting as the initial point of contact for patient inquiries and feedback.

• Greet patients and facilitate their check-in process to ensure a positive visit.
• Maintain the appearance and atmosphere of the lobby area to align with company branding.
• Address patient concerns and resolve barriers to their care.
• Assist the Operations Manager, Practice Coordinator, and clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
