About the role

This role serves as a Flex Member Support Specialist, acting as the primary representative for patients visiting our clinics. You will travel between various locations within the market to maintain high standards of service and ensure the physical environment meets our brand identity.

What you'll do

• Greet patients and manage the front desk experience to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist patients by resolving obstacles to their care and addressing concerns in real time.
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual presentation of the lobby to align with company standards.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Practice Coordinator, and clinical staff to provide administrative support.
• Rotate between different office locations as needed to provide coverage.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to multiple office sites within the Bethesda market.
• Experience in customer service or a front-facing administrative role.
• Capacity to act as the initial point of contact for patient feedback and inquiries.
