About the role
Omnisend is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Communications team. You will translate product features and user data into effective communication strategies that improve customer retention and product adoption.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and user segments to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback, support data, and product usage to create communication triggers and strategy briefs.
- Define messaging and positioning for new features, ensuring value propositions are clear to all stakeholders.
- Research the competitive landscape to identify market differentiators and integrate these findings into our product roadmap and communications.
- Provide internal teams, including Sales and CX, with updated information regarding product changes and roadmap direction.
- Produce and update marketing materials such as guides, documentation, and videos to showcase product benefits.
- Track the performance of communication campaigns and use those insights to refine future tactics.
Requirements
- Proven history of managing marketing campaigns and projects.
- Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams and managing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from customer research and data analysis.
- Proficiency in using analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and multitasking.
- Ownership mindset and a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English.
