Product Manager, Reporting Team

About the role

You will lead the Reporting team to transform complex merchant data into actionable insights. This role focuses on developing our reporting interface and integrating AI capabilities to help ecommerce brands optimize their marketing performance.

• Define product strategy and make incremental decisions based on user testing, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Research and frame problems to guide the discovery and delivery phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in user-facing technology companies with a portfolio of shipped products.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, or Chartio.
• Strong background in conducting user research and testing.
• Ability to communicate product rationale and strategic vision to stakeholders.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and managing goal-setting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain ownership and organize complex projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Background in data management platforms, deliverability, compliance, or event-based product architecture.
