About the role
Join Our Team
Omnisend offers a distinct professional environment. We operate as calm, data-driven professionals who test, iterate, and ship solutions that help ecommerce brands grow. Our culture rejects chaos and bureaucracy in favor of focused, impactful work. You will find an atmosphere of transparency, real feedback, and genuine trust.
The role involves guiding critical projects from initial intake through to market delivery and ongoing partner collaboration. You will design intake workflows that clarify scope and align cross-functional teams before any code touches production. Your responsibilities include building data-informed experiments and interface components using specified tools while documenting decisions for future reference. You will review outcomes against defined metrics and refine approaches based on signal rather than opinion. Shipping incremental improvements that respect brand consistency and meet documented business objectives is a core duty.
You will partner with commerce teams to validate ideas, adjust roadmaps, and ensure solutions solve actual market problems. A significant part of the work involves coordinating testing protocols that verify functionality, accessibility, and performance under realistic usage scenarios. Maintaining clear documentation of configurations, constraints, and edge cases supports long-term maintenance. Tracking experiment results, surfacing patterns, and proposing adjustments that increase impact for customer segments completes the cycle.
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. It is a full-time engagement offering a compensation of 4000 EUR per month.
Your background may span marketing, product, engineering, design, customer success, or sales. What defines your path is the value you create. You bring at least four years of experience in relevant roles where you handled complexity with structured thinking. Clear written communication, adaptable to different audiences, is essential. Understanding analytics concepts, interpreting basic reports, and basing choices on evidence are required. Experience with ecommerce platforms, email tools, and related systems that serve commercial customer journeys is expected. Collaboration across time zones, aligning schedules and expectations while maintaining consistent delivery standards, is necessary.
Experience contributing to regulated environments where compliance and data handling matter is a valued asset.
If you share our way of working-independent, data-driven, focused on impact-we invite you to connect. Your background could involve marketing, product, engineering, design, customer success, sales, or something entirely different. What matters is the value you bring. Apply today, and we will keep your profile in mind. When the right opportunity comes along, you will be the first to know.
