You will lead a specialized function within our Customer Experience team, serving as the primary strategic partner for our high-impact agency clients. This role focuses on managing complex, multi-brand portfolios by providing centralized guidance to ensure long-term retention and measurable ROI growth.

What you'll do

• Analyze agency portfolios to identify performance gaps and build structured improvement plans.
• Lead quarterly and annual strategy reviews for agency partners.
• Present deliverability audits and QBRs with clear follow-up actions.
• Guide agencies on platform feature adoption, automation, and campaign optimization.
• Coordinate the resolution of technical, billing, and deliverability issues across managed brands.
• Facilitate onboarding and migration processes for new agency and brand stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with agency leadership to ensure consistent platform utilization.
• Align internal departments to support the specific needs of your agency portfolio.

Requirements

• Professional background in account management, customer success, or partnerships within SaaS, martech, or ecommerce.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex, multi-brand relationships.
• Proficiency in email and SMS marketing, including campaign optimization and deliverability.
• Strong presentation skills for leading high-level reviews with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to coordinate internal resources to drive issue resolution.
• Proven track record of retaining accounts and driving ROI growth.
• Availability for occasional business travel to meet partners and attend industry events.

• Gross salary starts at 3000 EUR per month, subject to experience, with quarterly salary reviews.
